What are delivery charges?
Due to the nature of the products, cool freight rate charges will apply as opposed to standard delivery rates. Rates may change for remote or regional locations. Please check with staff before ordering for exact rates.

Which payment methods?
Currently we accept credit card payments via STRIPE.
When will my order arrive?
Deliveries are sent out on Mondays. In order to ensure that your delivery is processed and sent out on time, please make sure to submit your order by Friday 9:30am for the scheduled delivery date. We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. Our team is here to help that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes a copy of the invoice will be emailed to you once payment has been processed.
